Welcome to TGW Benelux

What started as a small team now counts over 150 employees. We have experienced substantial growth in the region by successfully contracting new customers and supporting over 100 existing customers with TGW equipment as part of their logistics operation.

We have grown into a mature team consisting of Lifetime Services, Project Management, HR and Sales & Solution Design. Our growth ambitions for the Benelux region remain high due to the continuous demand in our target markets: Apparel, Groceries, Industrial & Consumer goods. We will continue to grow rapidly over the coming years.

TGW's Picnic Site

TGW's Picnic Site

Picnic was founded in Amersfoort in 2015 and has expanded rapidly to over 13 warehouses in the Netherlands, Germany and France. Operating from eight distribution centres, the company delivers groceries to more than 130 cities to an ever-growing number of customers. The only way to place an order is through an intuitive app. Customers will receive their fresh, chilled and frozen food the next day. Small eco-friendly electric vans deliver fruit, vegetables, meat and dry goods without emissions.

Picnic is always looking for ways to innovate their business. TGW and Picnic have partnered to build Picnic’s first automated warehouse, with goods-to-person orderpicking! You will be working in this automated warehouse in Utrecht, as a representative of TGW.

What we stand for

What we stand for

Ludwig Szinicz, one of the two founders of TGW, transformed his company into a foundation and placed it under a clear mandate. “TGW is not merely an economically oriented entity, driven exclusively by financial interests, but rather a meaning- based organisation that fosters human and professional growth as well as economic success.” It was his heart‘s desire to bring together entrepreneurial success and appreciative collaboration – in other words, to join minds and hearts.
